ArchyAI ("the Service") respects user privacy and complies with applicable laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Information and Communications Network Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store, share, and dispose of it.

Data is destroyed immediately upon user request. Records subject to legal retention requirements are stored separately and destroyed at the end of the required period.

Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring are disabled by default. Anonymized analytics data is sent to Google only when the user explicitly opts in.
Some processors (Google LLC, Apple Inc.) operate global infrastructure, and personal data may be transferred to the United States or other regions. The items, timing, and method of transfer are as listed above. By agreeing to this policy at sign-up, the user consents to international transfer. Users have the right to refuse, but refusal may limit sign-up and use of core features.

The Service does not knowingly accept sign-ups from children under the age of 14. Accounts identified as belonging to children under 14 are deleted and associated data is destroyed immediately.

This processing is performed solely for automatic content categorization and archiving and is not used to identify, evaluate, or discriminate against individuals. Users may decline AI processing; in that case, only manual save features are available.

This policy may be amended due to changes in law or service. Amendments will be announced in the app or by email at least 7 days before the effective date. Material changes (additional collection items, expanded third-party sharing, etc.) require prior consent given at least 30 days in advance.
